SOREEL — Terms and Conditions

1. The Service

SOREEL is a cloud-based video processing tool.

When you upload a file, we process it to improve visual quality, audio, remove watermarks, and clean metadata.

All processing is automatic and temporary. Files are deleted from our active servers shortly after completion (usually within 24–48 hours).

You keep full ownership of your content. We only process it to provide the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SOREEL.

You may not use SOREEL for illegal or harmful content, or for activities that violate intellectual property, privacy, or platform policies (for example, using our tools to impersonate or mislead).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse or suspicious activity.

4. Payments

All payments are handled securely via Stripe.

We do not store or handle your credit card details directly.

Prices, credits, or subscriptions are displayed clearly before purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final once a video has been processed.

We do not issue refunds if the processing was completed successfully, since computing resources are consumed per video.

Refunds are only available if:

• A verified bug in our system caused corrupted or incomplete output, and
• The result is objectively worse than the input file.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of processing, providing your account email and the affected file ID.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the SOREEL platform, algorithms, and branding belong to JSE SAS (France).

Your uploaded and processed videos remain yours — we claim no rights over them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share illegal or copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the platform
• Use the service to remove legal watermarks or licensing marks from others' property

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOREEL is provided "as is."

We make no guarantees that the Service will meet every expectation or that output quality will be identical across all files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOREEL, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may stop using SOREEL anytime.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

If you continue using SOREEL after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
