• Uploaded files: videos you submit for processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your info to:

• Provide and maintain the Service (process your videos, remove watermarks, clean metadata, upscale, improve audio).
• Manage billing, subscriptions, prevent fraud.
• Communicate with you (account notices, support).
• Monitor, debug, improve our systems.

We will never use your videos for marketing, training, or anything outside delivering the Service.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and tracking technologies to operate the site, manage sessions, and understand how people use SOREEL.

Types: essential cookies (for functionality), analytics cookies (for understanding usage), performance cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may break.

4. File Handling & Retention

Your videos are stored temporarily, processed, then deleted from active servers (usually within 24–48 hours). Processed outputs may be cached briefly only when needed, then removed.

Account data and logs are retained as long as needed to run the Service, comply with laws, or prevent fraud. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing info@soreel.app.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We don't sell your personal data.

We may share data with: Stripe (for payments), hosting providers, analytics vendors, or other third-party service providers, always under confidentiality.
